This class challenges you on both a cardiovascular and strength level.The workouts are designed to build strength and endurance,
while maximizing fat burn and muscle gain, which makes this the
perfect edition to your current workout program. Since our
priority is your fitness, class size is limited and normally taught
with instructors. This ensures that everyone receives proper
instruction. Since Boot Camp Body is a complete workout on it own, we do
offer a special monthly or per class rate. The class is free with
your personal training or membership. If you are ready for a challenge, call 407.880.2066 and come in
and try a class on us.
Class times are:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 6pm
