An outdoor cardio cross training class designed for all from the beginner
to the most advanced of athletes

   Come join us for a workout class that:
  • Challenges all levels of cardio
  • Builds strength & endurance
  • Promotes weight loss while building muscle
  • Class Size is limited to ensure everyone gets a good workout
 Multiple classes to choose from:
  • Monday & Friday at 6 a.m.
  • Wednesday at 6 p.m.
  • Saturday at 8:30 a.m.

Payment options to pay per class or per mont:h:
$10 per class or $50 per month. No contract
