Statistics show 60% of people who join a health club, will leave within the first two weeks.  Elite Body was established in 2004 to help eliminate this statistic. Our facility allows us to train on many different levels, from indoors to outdoors,  we have created a facility that is unique and differs from the "typical" gym atmosphere.  We provide an  unintimidating atmosphere that offers support and a sense of accountability that keeps people motivated and successful. We have the equipment of the larger commercial gyms mixed with some creative old school training tools and one of the only private group X facilities in Apopka.  Our clients range from young to old and we pride ourselves on helping them to successfully meet their goals and reach for some new ones.
