
Workouts
Our first step at Elite Body is to strengthen your core, or
abdominals.
We use items such as a Bosu Ball which
also challenges your balance and makes your workouts fun and
exciting.

Our style of
training is very practical, meaning, we train for the
way
you live. We want you to be in "all around"
condition to
allow you to do everything from playing sports to helping a friend
move. We customize programs for every one based on their needs and
goals.

At
Elite Body we also offer group training. Classes like Cardio
and Abs (45 minutes of initial training on our machines and Abs at
the end). We also feature traditional Aerobic classes like Kick
Boxing.
